Installation, commissioning of the imported instruments / systems and after sales support is provided by us. These services are well acknowledged by all our major customers. Company offers products of foreign origin, in Indian Rupee payment (Import – Resale Option, if required) to the Indian market. If need arises, training on such overseas products is also provided to the end users at manufacturers premises.

Para Electronics has extensive capabilities in electronics designing, mechanical fabrication, electronics production to assist better production practices. Well trained and enthusiastic manpower enhances on-line technical support directly from the factory to the all locations in the country. Customized products are one of the major areas where Para Electronics specialises about. Many such products have been designed and developed over past 25 years.

Manufacturing team also offers technical support to the customers towards installation, commissioning, in-warranty and after warranty repairs and calibration support to the supplied systems, with the help of sales team,to all geographic locations in India. One of our groups handles the servicing, repairs and calibration of the instruments at factory. Regular servicing camps are organised in South (Bangalore) and North (Delhi) India which helps user to get their instruments serviced and calibrated near to their locations, proving economic and time saving.
